How much LLC registration costs in Tashkent: the full breakdown

“Registration from 1 BCV” is only true for the duty itself. In practice your launch budget is made up of the address, the charter, the digital signature, the seal and the bank. Below is a transparent table of every cost item, with timelines and documents.

Amounts are indicative for the Tashkent market and change together with the base calculation value and bank tariffs. We calculate the exact estimate for your case during a consultation — the first 15 minutes are free.

What makes up the budget

The mandatory minimum is the state duty, the digital signature and a legal address — without them registration simply will not go through. A seal is formally optional, yet banks and tender platforms still ask for one. A bespoke charter is worth it where there are partners, an investor or a planned new participant: rewriting the charter later costs more than drafting it properly now.

For foreign founders, translation and legalisation of documents and the higher duty rate are added to the estimate. The full procedure is described in the step-by-step LLC registration guide. A Russian version of this page is available at /guides/stoimost-registracii-ooo.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to register an LLC in Tashkent on your own?

The minimum set of costs is the state duty (about 1 BCV), the digital signature and the seal. If you already have a legal address and a template charter works for you, a do-it-yourself registration stays within a few hundred thousand UZS plus the duty.

Why is registration more expensive for a foreign founder?

Enterprises with foreign investment pay a higher state duty rate, and you also add notarised translation, apostille or consular legalisation of the founder's documents.

Is the charter capital part of the registration cost?

No. The charter capital is your own money that stays in the company and is paid in within a year after registration — it is not a payment to the state or to a lawyer.

Are there hidden costs after registration?

Typically accounting services, bank account maintenance, annual renewal of the digital signature and, where required, a licence or permit for your specific activity.

Can I save money on the legal address?

You can use your own or a leased space. Saving money on mass-registration addresses often attracts attention from the tax authorities and creates problems when opening a bank account, so we do not recommend it.
